Whether or not his problem was solved, I don't know, but this was in the middle of our conversation (with only one attendant, I will add), and so his attention was taken away from us and put on him. Yet another came and tried to explain why they couldn't help and finally a fourth tried to speak with another attendant on board. When another passenger complained that he did not get the seat that the attendant just changed for him, FOUR flight attendants helped him - one person got on the phone with someone (I don't know who), another went down to his seat to see where he was sitting. The flight attendant was unresponsive to us, talked down to my husband and me in a way that was insulting, rude, demeaning and very nasty. We waited for 75 minutes (1.25 hours) until after EVERY OTHER PASSENGER was on board. That is another department" and we to wait our turn and wait for someone to take us down the jetway.
